2023 teams by division

Five new teams enter the league, and these are: Morecambe 2nds, Heysham 3rds, Shireshead 4ths, Appleby 3rds and Burneside 3rds.

The season will start on Saturday 15 April for those in Division 1, 2 and 3 and end on Saturday 9 September.

Division 4 will be split into two regional divisions and the season will start on Sunday 7 May, ending on Sunday 3 September.
