Leaders Sedgwick travel to Kirkby Lonsdale who will be looking to upset the formbook at Lunefield Park. Heysham expect to have a stronger side than last week for the visit of Milnthorpe, who have suffered so far from the overlap of the football and cricket seasons. Burneside doesn’t have a great record at Westgate, but buoyed by their T20 win against Sedgwick shouldn’t be discounted. Arnside wil be hoping to consolidate their position in second place with a win at Warton, who themselves enjoyed T20 success this week.

In Division 2, whilst it’s early days, Coniston and Westgate 2nds expect to be in the top 4 at the end of the season so expect a hard fought game between the teams on Saturday. Holme have a perfect record, but will be mindful of Windermere’s spectacular win at Carnforth last time out.

The British Rose Cricket Trophy gets underway in midweek with games on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Sedgwick 2nds and Ambleside fought tooth and nail in Division 3 last season. Expect a competitive match in their group game at Sedgwick on Wednesday evening.
