Final group matches in the Hackney & Leigh Thursday and Friday

Morecambe 2nds host Carnforth 2nds on Thursday. The winner will travel to Shireshead in the quarter-final.

On Friday Kirkby Lonsdale host Burneside. If Kirkby win, champions Burneside will be out of the competition and Kirkby would host Kendal 2nds in the quarter-finals while Holme would visit Sedgwick.

If Burneside win then there will be a scurrying to calculators on mobile phones. Currently Kirkby has a net run rate of +0.4, Holme +0.16 and Burneside -0.58. This means that in most scenarios Holme will still be in second place on NRR (and if Burneside won a close game then Holme could even finish first in the group).
